• “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” – refers to My Planet English.

• “Party”, “Parties” – refers to both the student and My Planet English.

All terms apply in singular or plural form and are interchangeable.

2. Account Registration and Email Requirements

• Students receive account access after making a payment externally.

• Accounts are linked to the email address you provide, which must be valid and active.

• All login credentials, subscription information, and account details are sent to this email.

Important: If the email provided is invalid or inactive, you may not receive your account credentials or subscription information.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payments for courses or services are subscription-based.

• To stop payments, the subscription must be cancelled through the student client portal you receive via email after registration.

• Cancelling by other methods (e.g., emailing support without using the portal) does not automatically stop payments.

• All account and subscription management actions must be performed via the assigned email and portal.

4. Refund Policy

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

• Exceptions may only be considered at the discretion of My Planet English; contact contact@myplanetenglish.com for review.

• Initiating chargebacks without contacting us may result in penalties, including full cost of services and associated fees.

5. Class Rescheduling Policy

• Speaking Club Classes: Missed classes cannot be rescheduled.

• Section Classes: Missed section classes cannot be rescheduled.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

• My Planet English owns all intellectual property on the website and app.

• Content may only be accessed for personal use.

• You may not republish, sell, sub-license, duplicate, or redistribute content.

Comments and User Content

• Students may post comments in certain areas; these do not reflect the views of My Planet English.

• We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate comments.

• We use cookies to improve user experience and monitor website/app performance.

8. Linking and iFrames
